Do I have to sign up for an account to purchase your products at wholesale prices?
Yes, we require all wholesale accounts to be approved before being able to see our wholesale pricing and place an order.
How do I sign up for a wholesale account with you?
Go to the person icon in the upper right and fill out the wholesale request form. We will review your request within 24-72 hours and grant you access.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept many methods of payment:

Do you offer NET Payment Terms?
We do offer NET Terms. You are welcome to apply after your first order.

Do you offer a return policy?
Wholesale Returns and Refunds Policy
Exclusions: This policy excludes body butters due to their susceptibility to melting during shipping and in warm locations.
Return Window and Quantity: We accept returns for refund within a reasonable timeframe, 90 days after purchase. You can return up to 48 items for a full refund.
Exceeding Return Quantity: If your return exceeds 48 items, we will offer you a product switch out for the additional items. This means you can choose alternative products from our selection to replace those you are returning.

Returned items must be in unused and original condition.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with a credit on your account with us for usage on a future order. If you prefer refund returned to your original payment method, please contact us in writing within 10 days of your return being approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What is the Processing Fee I see on my invoice?
We charge a 2.9% processing fee for all the below payment types:
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Samsung Pay
How do I remove the Processing Fee from my order?
In order to remove the fee, select a payment method other than pay by Credit Card. Email us and we will send a new invoice for your records without the processing fee.
Do you offer special ordering of Products or Scents?
Yes! We do provide custom scent and product ordering.

Do you offer White Label or Custom Labels?
Yes! We offer white labeling or custom labeling of our current products and scents.

No, currently we only ship to the USA.

What are your Lead times for Orders?
Lead-times:
Bar Soap– 6 weeks from date of order
All other items- 30 days from date of order
In-Stock Items—5-7 business days *If items are not in stock above

Custom Labeling available: 6 week initial lead time; Minimum purchase required;
*Payment required before production will start
**We do our best to beat our above lead-times but during high volume times we will need the full lead time stated above

Minimum Requirement FAQ's
What are the minimum Requirements for orders?
Our minimum order is 1 case of any product.
*Hotel 1oz bar soaps have a gross minimum
Can I do anything in less than a Case/Gross?
No, at this time to increase efficiency and allow for ease of inventory tracking we are only offering purchases in Case/Gross quantities.

Can I buy the 1oz Travel Bar Soaps for resale?
No, we only offer the 1oz Travel Hotel Bar Soaps for use in rooms at hotels, B&B's, resorts, lodges, cruise ships, etc.
Do you offer signage for your products?
Yes! We offer free signage with small holder blocks for free with purchase.
We also offer full frames or flipper frames for the signage at a cost. See more info in "Signage" in the Main Menu above.
Do you offer Displays for your products?
Yes! We offer display options for all our products and full floor standing display options.
We offer starter packages as well that many include the displays for free.
